Jamal Nimer

Intern Research Analyst

Jamal’s responsibilities include analyzing key global decarbonization policies to identify policy trends and support origination efforts in identifying opportunities that benefit from such policies.

Prior to joining Azimuth Capital Management, Jamal worked with the Harvard Kennedy School’s Center for International Development in a number of research support roles, with a focus on developing data-driven policy tools. At the Kennedy School, Jamal gained experience in working with raw data to develop targeted economic policies.

Jamal is currently pursuing a BA at Harvard University studying government, economics, and computer science in the Social Studies program. At Harvard, Jamal has led policy projects with foreign governments and university research centers.
